We try to make getting support easy and convenient. Each request gets logged as a ticket and tracked in our database regardless of how you choose to make your request. Reach out the way that works best for you.
- eMail - you can submit support requests via email by sending your request to techsupport@proactive-corp.com. Our helpdesk software will match your email address with your organizations record and send you back a confirmation of our receipt of your request along with a ticket number for your reference.
- Website - you can submit support requests (new tickets) by logging onto the Customer Portal. You can access the portal by clicking the red button above. In addition to submitting new support requests, the portal gives you access to review past tickets, review and reprint invoices and to search our online knowledge base.
- Phone - don't have access to the Internet but need support? Just give us a call toll free at 800.835.9681 and follow the instructions. Once you select tech support from the menu system you will be directed to the helpdesk. If no one is available to take your call at that moment, leave a voicemail and our system will create a ticket for you and attach a copy of your voicemail.
